Using this store
These terms govern purchases from and use of the Little Hands Studio website. Placing an order means you accept these terms and the policies linked below.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in INR. Children must use products with the supervision stated on the product page or packaging.
Who may use the store
You must be legally able to enter a contract in India. A parent, guardian or responsible adult must place orders and manage accounts for products intended for children.
Products and supervision
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly by screen, batch or supplier. Follow all age guidance, warnings and instructions. Products containing small parts, paints, tools or craft materials must be used with appropriate adult supervision.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before the order is placed. Payment must be authorised through an available checkout method. A payment acknowledgement does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.
Orders, stock and acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, an unsupported delivery address or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, damaged products and refunds are governed by our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or use store material for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Little Hands Studio name, artwork, photographs, product copy, activity guides, website design and other original materials belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, misuse contrary to instructions, or delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
Privacy, changes and governing law
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
