Cancellations and Refunds
Order changes and returns
We want every activity kit to arrive complete and ready for creative play. This page explains when an order can be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Cancel before dispatch, request an unopened return within seven days of delivery, or report a damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued in 5–7 business days.
Cancelling an order
Contact hello@littlehandsstudio.in as soon as possible with the order number. We can cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return rules below apply.
Seven-day return requests
You may request a return within seven calendar days of delivery when the product is unopened, unused, complete and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return instructions.
Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the parcel and product. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, missing component or refund. Little Hands Studio will cover reasonable return shipping for a verified damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Items we cannot accept as a change-of-mind return
- Opened or used activity kits, paints, craft materials or supplies.
- Products missing components, manuals, accessories or original packaging.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse, unsuitable storage or normal wear.
- Personalised or final-sale products where this was disclosed before purchase.
Return shipping
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for secure packaging and return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, missing or incorrect.
Inspection and refunds
We will inspect the returned item after it arrives. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. We will explain any deduction or rejected return after inspection.
