Delivery information

We prepare every Little Hands Studio order carefully and ship within India using available delivery partners.

At a glance

Processing takes 2–3 business days. Delivery normally takes another 5–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free above ₹1,499 and costs ₹99 below that threshold.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to serviceable addresses within India. Availability can vary by postcode and will be confirmed during checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally packed and handed to the delivery partner within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Weekends, public holidays, remote locations, severe weather, transport disruption and other events outside our control may extend these estimates.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹1,499 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
A flat ₹99 standard shipping charge applies below ₹1,499.
The applicable shipping charge is shown before the order is placed.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, the dispatch notification will include the delivery partner’s tracking information. Tracking can take a short time to update after collection.

Delivery address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We can update an address only before dispatch and cannot guarantee a change after the order has entered fulfilment.

Delays, failed delivery and missing parcels

Check the tracking information and contact us at hello@littlehandsstudio.in if an order is substantially delayed, marked delivered but not received, or returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply when a parcel is returned because the supplied address was incomplete or delivery was repeatedly refused.
